What is a Divy Associate

Remuneration

Let’s keep it simple, Industry leading commission on your terms!
Earn your true worth, 60%+ of gross product you produce.

Results

Place an average of 2 contractors per month with an average GP of $150/day after payroll costs.
Earn $1m+ per year in your bank account within 2-3 years. Why complicate it?

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s pain points and requirements to allow you to tailor your service to their needs.
Source recruitment opportunities from existing client’s new clients leveraging your network.
Present candidates to clients for the role and negotiate rate and agreements.
Manage client relationships.

Requirements

Previous kick-ass results in IT recruitment is a must.
Loves connecting with and engaging clients.
Client focused attitude solving client’s recruitment problems.
Strong negotiation skills.
